Hello, my name is Arzu. I have been working with children since 2005. I hold a BA (Honours) Degree in Education, an Early Years Foundation Degree, a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management) and a Level 3 Qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce (0-18). I enjoy working in partnership with parents and going the extra mile to meet the needs of each individual child. I am also a mother to two children.
Suganthini
Team leader / Safeguarding officer
My name is Suganthini (you can call me Sugar). I'm from Sri Lanka. I've been working with children since 2009, because I love to work with children and see them grow. I have level 3 qualification in early years childcare & education. I'm also a mother of two. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and doing art and crafts. I can speak 3 languages: Tamil, Dutch & English.

My name is Leanne. I am a qualified practitioner, holding a NCFE qualification, SenCO Level 3 and am trained in paediatric first aid. I am also Mum to a son who has just finished secondary school and have worked at the Ark since 2013. I love working with children, every day brings a smile.

Hello, my name is Deirdre.
After working in medical science laboratories, I trained to teach and hold a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education). I taught in a primary school for 16 years and have been working at The Ark since 2009. I have 3 grown up children and 4 grandchildren.

Hello my name is Ade Ronkey. I hold Level 3 Childcare diploma and have been working at The Ark since March 2024.
I have worked with children for 15 years, and really enjoy it.

Pre School Teacher
My name is Antzela and I am a Level 6 practitioner. I worked for 2 years in a Montessori school. I love to work with children because you can learn from them as much as they learn from you, and to see them develop and progress is delightful. I am currently on maternity leave.
